I am extremely frustrated with the lack of resolution regarding my refund request for order NO00013P313M. My fiber connection was not installed on 31st January due to the unavailability of a port, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive my refund.

I have reached out numerous times through calls and emails, yet I continue to receive vague responses with no concrete action. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. If the service could not be provided, my refund should have been processed immediately.

Refund amount arround 3300 RS.


I was sent 10 to 15 mail to jio Still not get any solution.

I was also taken new connection but still old connection refund not received.
