Almost 5-6 times, the service request has been raised within the last 2 months and it's still continuing because of the poorest connectivity in the jio fiber installed, and that too recently about 2 months ago.
Every time, this story is continuing that your Service Engineer coming and resolving by doing some action and giving some useless reasons.
With the deep disappointment, I'm telling that this is a,very poor response from the Jio team which is very unexpected.
It's like a consumer is paying the amount free pass to the company without getting the deserved benefits and this is completely against the Consumer rights.
Expecting your prompt reply and compensatory actions at the soonest.
