My jio fiber connection is not working since 02/06/2026. I raised a complaint then the engineer did not arrive at the said time slot. He came the next day. He did not resolve the issue stating that its a wiring issue. He said he would keep the complaint on hold later on i received a message that the complaint is resolved. I have tried lodge to complaint again but it was not lodged. I had to call again today and the agent kept me on hold when i asked for supervisor and then disconnected the call. This is very disappointing and unexpected from the a company like Reliance. I need a compensation of the loss of last 4days, because my wife couldn't work. Plus, the mental torture from the agents and the services.
