My jio fiber connection is not working since 02/06/2026. I raised a complaint then the engineer did not arrive at the said time slot. He came the next day. He did not resolve the issue stating that its a wiring issue. He said he would keep the complaint on hold later on i received a message that the complaint is resolved. I have tried lodge to complaint again but it was not lodged. I had to call again today and the agent kept me on hold when i asked for supervisor and then disconnected the call. This is very disappointing and unexpected from the a company like Reliance. I need a compensation of the loss of last 4days, because my wife couldn't work. Plus, the mental torture from the agents and the services.

My jio fiber connection is not working since yesterday & i raised complaint then so far no one arrived and done any work to restore the internet. every time we call centre they reply same it will done in 3 hrs or 1 days. hope they do activate the line asap.
