It's been 4 days since we encountered connection issue with my Jio fiber and immediately a SR00002HRXLU since then it's keep on getting postponed for the last 5 days and there is no response neither from jio customer care nor from agent. finally when we called agent then we were told by him that he will come the next day but it's been the same case since 5 days. Now, today as dated 21st Nov 2025 he is telling us to buy extra cable wire in order to restore the Connection with our own money.
