My jio fiber stopped working on 20 june in the night. So I raised a ticket on 21 june at 9:38 AM. The engineer visit was scheduled around 2 PM. The same day. No one has come. I waited for another three days. Still no one responded. I cancel the ticket and I opened another ticket on 22 june. They schedule the ticket on 23 june and no one responded. They rescheduled to 24 june between 11 AM to 12 AM and today also no one responded. I called customer service multiple times. They promised me that they’ll fix the issue within two hours and no one has fixed my issue. Please help.
