I have been continuously following up for a Jio fibre connection since four days and there is no simple way to go ahead and put it on online. Cancel it. Neither Customer Care is helping me. They sent a technician and technician raised a complaint saying that he’s not allowed inside the apartment and went away, and I have been tired of calling reaching out to the people. Simple thing which I want is cancel my services of Jio fibre. I don’t need your services and just to get that done. You are Taking Hell lot of time and not understanding the frustration of the person and I am taking this to a serious concern as Complaint request you to cancel the service immediately.
