Dear team
I apply for broad band connection some days back and as per jio its already install on my address on 14 but today is 16 and till time no connection install on my primises and due to this I already mark complain to jio business e mail id serval time and as per customer care a representative will visit at my address on 15 july bit till date no any visit done and my issue is unresolved and I already pay 3 month advance billing and neither they reply my e mail or complain nor he refund my amount so please intervien if possible and help me out to over come this situation
