I have opted for jio airfiber connection on August 14 by paying an amount of 2250, as informed by the jio staff it will be installed by with in 7 days.
But when I called for installation, they are too irresponsible & negligent. As far more than 12 days has been completed, there's no response from the customer care & am unable to contact with any executive to raise complaint as all support is AI voice calls.
They took multiple orders from all the customers by promising installation within 5-7 days, but when I reached to office they are arguing that they are not receiving the devices & having isuues in internal supply chain system.
Kindly do the needful.
