Dear team,
My name is Abhishek Parmar and my registered mobile number is 8153002657.
I am writing this email to request assistance regarding the installation of Jio AirFiber at my residence. I had previously applied for Jio AirFiber installation, and your engineers visited my location for the installation process.
However, the engineers informed me that they could provide the connection only if my neighbour allowed them to use or extend the connection from his premises. Unfortunately, my neighbour did not permit this, and therefore the engineers left without completing the installation.
I was very disappointed with this response. I believe that a customer's installation should not depend on the permission of a neighbour. I request Jio to provide an alternative solution and arrange the installation independently without requiring any approval from my neighbour.
I kindly request you to look into this matter and arrange for the installation of Jio AirFiber at the earliest possible.
