I wish to lodge a formal complaint regarding the extremely poor technical support and unresolved connectivity issue with my Jio AirFiber connection linked to JioFixedVoice Number +915942359760 and Service Request No. SR000035NJQT.

For the past several days, my internet connection has been partially malfunctioning. While the internet appears to be connected, many websites and online services fail to open when using the Jio AirFiber network. However, the same websites work perfectly when I switch to another network provider such as Airtel. This clearly indicates that the issue lies with the Jio AirFiber connection or its routing/DNS/network configuration.

Despite repeated complaints, emails, and follow-ups, no effective technical diagnosis or repair has been carried out. Every time I send an email, I receive only automated computer-generated responses without any meaningful human assistance or resolution. Even after multiple service appointments and assurances, the issue continues unresolved as no technician comes to look into the system.

This ongoing negligence has caused serious inconvenience and disruption to my work and daily activities. I am disappointed that a reputed service provider like Jio has failed to provide proper customer support or technical accountability.

I request the following actions immediately:

  1. A proper technical inspection by a qualified engineer.
  2. Resolution of the website accessibility/routing issue on the Jio AirFiber network.
  3. A clear explanation of the problem and steps being taken to fix it.
  4. Compensation or service adjustment for the prolonged inconvenience and unresolved downtime.
  5. Escalation of this complaint to the senior technical support team.
If the issue is not resolved promptly, I may be compelled to escalate the matter further to consumer grievance authorities and telecom regulatory bodies.

I request urgent attention and a genuine resolution instead of automated responses.
