My Jio Fire has been down since last 5 days. There is no resolution on my complaint.

I have called customer care at least 12 times, they are giving my information to me that your complaint was raised & it is still open. They are not even able to assign technician
I would like to ask what is the TAT for resolution & why the customer care is so useless that they are giving fake promises?
Please take urgent action to resolve this issue. attached todays screenshot.
I have even escalated this to appellate authority in Maharashtra only automated replies are coming no action.
