Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to escalate my complaint regarding my Whirlpool product purchased from Flipkart along with an AMC provided by Jeeves.

Despite purchasing and paying for the AMC at the time of buying the product, I am facing serious issues:

  • No technician has visited yet, even after raising the service request.
  • There is no coordination between Whirlpool and Jeeves.
  • Whirlpool is asking for additional payment despite my valid AMC.
  • Jeeves is not taking responsibility or arranging service.
This is completely unacceptable. I have already paid for AMC, and I should not be denied service or asked to pay again.

I request immediate action on the following:

  1. Arrange a technician visit without any delay.
  2. Ensure my AMC is honored without any extra charges.
  3. Provide clear accountability between Whirlpool and Jeeves.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the Consumer Forum and other appropriate authorities.

Please treat this as urgent and confirm the technician visit at the earliest.
