Dear Team,

Due to bike accident on 15th October, my wife's mobile was damaged. At the time of online purchase of my nothing 2a smartphone from Flipkart (Order ID: OD333405891198813100), I had purchased protection plan for 1 year. Which is valid till January 2026.

Immediately I filed a request for repair the phone with necessary details and documents and also paid 1000 rs. on 18th of October to process the claim. However they arrange bluedart courier 2 days late.

When he came for pick up, we were not available to handover the device due to Diwali festival. That's why we have not given the device to bluedart courier. The bluedart person said to me to cancel the order and request again to pick up the device whenever we will be available and ask me the OTP to cancel the pick up. If you are not available, give me the OTP otherwise we will cancel the pickup. Based on that, I have share OTP with them and cancel the order that time.

After coming from Diwali, I tried to request to rearrange the pick up. That time, customer care of Jeeves told me it was one time process and we can not arrange the pick up again. And also we will not refund your 1000 rs. They told me you should not give otp to cancel the pick up and then they rejected my claim. and not refunded my 1000rs. amount. I know by mistake I gave the OTP, but they should have some ethics that, if we have not claim anything against valid plan, then we should have right to raise the claim request again.

Regarding this, I want your help.
