I ordered two items on August 24, 2026 from the Jaypore website, totalling Rs 2598/. I received two items via Bue dart courier Shipment Number - 53132859
AWB Number - 90642037334 on August 28, 2026. Upon opening the packages(received 2 packages), I found that instead of the Women Red Cotton Dabu Mandarin Collar Flared Fit Tunic costing Rs 1,902.00, I received a pair of earrings.
I immediately logged a return pickup and mentioned that the wrong item was delivered, and also sent an email to hello@jaypore.com informing them of the mistake. On August 31, 2026, I received an email from Jaypore saying the exchange had been initiated. However, Blue Dart courier refused to pick up the pair of earrings as they had the picture of the top, which I never received. I made several calls to their customer service and was always promised a resolution. They asked me to lodge a complaint and add photos of the product I received. I followed all their instructions. But received no response after that. Then I sent them an email saying if the matter was not resolved, I would be forced to go to the consumer court. So on 28 September, I received an email saying my return pick up was initiated and that the case was closed. Again, the Blue Dart courier refused to pick up the item as he had the picture of the top I had ordered and not the earring I was wrongly delivered. Repeated messages did not receive any response.
