I gave my bike to the service centre on 6 September 2026 for servicing and to address multiple issues. The primary issues with the bike were that it was constantly revving on its own, the brakes were making a squeaking/abnormal noise, and the clutch was excessively tight.
After inspecting the bike, the service centre informed me that the revving issue was related to a sensor and assured me that the issue would be rectified. I was told that they would contact me once the repairs were completed.
I received the bike back on Monday evening. However, after taking the bike back, I found that the main issue of the bike revving continuously had not been resolved. Although the brakes had been adjusted/loosened, the fundamental problem with the bike remained.
I contacted the service centre again on 9 September 2026 to report that the issue was still persisting. The person who answered the call informed me that the manager was not available and that I would receive a call once the manager returned. I was also asked to send a video demonstrating the issue. I immediately sent the requested video.
Despite this, I made several attempts to contact the service centre for an update. However, there was no proper response. On some occasions, my calls were not answered, and on other occasions, I was simply told that the manager was unavailable. No concrete action, resolution, or timeline was provided.
The situation has now become more serious as the bike is not starting at all. I have also raised a complaint with the company's customer care, but no satisfactory resolution has been provided.
The entire experience demonstrates a serious deficiency in service and lack of accountability after servicing the vehicle. Despite being informed about a critical safety-related issue, the service centre returned the vehicle without resolving the problem. I have subsequently made repeated attempts to contact them and provided the requested video, but there has been no meaningful assistance or resolution.
I have incurred significant inconvenience and loss of time due to repeatedly following up with the service centre, while the vehicle remains unusable. I expect the service provider to take responsibility for properly diagnosing and rectifying the issue and to provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, deficient service, and failure to resolve the problem despite repeated complaints.
