I booked my air ticket from Singapore to pune India on September 02 2024 for 16 Decamber 2024 but before a week of departure I cancelled that ticket and booked new ticket from another travel company , as per the airline rule they tahve to refund my booking after a week or maximum time of refund is 15th days. But one month pass I didn't credit my refund in my bank acc which I made for bookings, after I contact the company talecaller they assure me after 14days I get my refund, day passes I contact the company but every time I treated same today April 21st 2025 alredy 4th month already pass still I didn't get any refund.
Please help me to get my refund from ixigo air company
