I ordered a biryani with raita combo and an extra raita along with it, from “Biryani Blues” through Seiggy app. But didn’t receive the raita and when i complained to the Swiggy for the missing items from my order i was asked to write a restaurant review on the restaurant site as a resolution and told that they cannot provide any solution.
I had faced a similar issue with a previous order where i received a wrong item of lesser value than what i paid for:
