I Ajit K Srivastava purchased Whirlpool SW PRO PLUS H 8.5 KG Washing Machine (S.N. INF2531IYC08 ) from Reliance Digital Store Seasons Mall Pune on 20th October 2025 and installed in next 48 hours from Reliance Digital Store Technician and facing issue with Washing Machine from day one and issues are as below
As per your declaration as below your Machine does not follow below function, which is showing company given misleading information, which is not correct.
1. Spiro Wash Technology - Not working proper during wash time cloth doesn't move and because of nonmoving cloth, cloths cleaning was not done proper.
2. In Built Heater - This function not working in any of stages which mentioned in washing machine.
contacted immediately RIL customer care they have arranged technician visit to resolve the issue and Your technician says me there is no issue but I am not satisfied so contacted 3-4 times your customer care and finally yesterday your customer care executive told me we are not able to resolve this issue so you contact directly Whirlpool team then I contacted Whirlpool customer care team after understand all the issues Whirlpool Customer Care Team told me we have tie-up with RIL Team and they only resolve your issue .
In this type of conversation finally I feel disappointed because I have purchased new Washing Machine and facing problem from day one and not getting any solution.
