Issue with DTH installation as well as with refund process of Airtel

Dear Sir,

I want to highlight the below issue to you, as noone is able to resolve it,

on 26th May, i requested for the installation of airtel WIFI and DTH, and one of your employee Vishal singh came for KYC and collected the amount of 2500,

on the same day my wifi got installed but for dth they assured me to get it install by 27th May, after that i did so many calls in Airtel customer care as well as to Vishal, but Vishal started to avoid my calls and customer care used to give me a new time line on daily basis, and i follow the same schedule for next 10 days,

after frustrating from this on 4th June i decided to go with Jio fibre and requested airtel customer care to cancel my request of dth installation and take this installed WIFI as well, for WIFI they raised a request but till now noone has come to collect it,
and for DTH i am listening a new story every day, even in yesterdays call, Sr desk customer care disconnected the call in the middle without giving the resolution.
and now customer care is saying that ground team can only cancel the request of DTH installation and then only refund process can be initiated, but the point is ground team is not even connecting for DTH installation then why will they connect for the request cancellation.

My humble request to you is to sort the issue and initiate my refund as noone from airtel customer care is able to resolve my issue, i am done with this regular follow up.
Honestly i have never expected such quality of service from Airtel.I am done with Airtel.
