I have tried so many calling jiomart customer, and also through mails and jiomart application.And the shipment Id is 17710065081496403A-01. On the day I delivered with product I keep on raising complaint on the issue that is Recieved incomplete product means I have ordered an Floral A line kurta suit set but recieved only palazzo. The main thing Kurta and duppata is missing. If I raise a complaint on jiomart application, the next day in application it shows resolved but the issue is not at all resolved. And also If I call to customer, they also told like the issue will get resolved within 3-5days but the issue not at all received.Its been 1 month ,what is the value for customer and our money. What should we do now ? Below attached pictures are the Request ID's. Seriously very bad service from the jiomart .
