I am writing to formally escalate an ongoing issue regarding my iPad’s battery performance, which remains unresolved despite multiple service attempts.
Over the past few weeks, I have visited an Apple Store three times and have also contacted online support multiple times regarding severe battery drainage. My device does not last more than 3 hours on a full charge, which is far below expected performance and unacceptable for normal usage.
Each time I have reached out, I have been told that the device is “functioning normally” or that no issue was found. However, the problem clearly persists, and it is directly affecting my ability to use the product as intended.
I have already spoken to 3–4 different support executives, and while each has claimed to take ownership of the issue, no real resolution or follow-up has been provided.
I am extremely disappointed by the lack of effective assistance on this matter and the repeated dismissal of a clear hardware or battery issue. I request the following:
A thorough diagnosis and battery health report of the device.
A clear explanation of why the battery life is degrading so quickly.
If the issue cannot be fixed, I request a battery replacement or device replacement, as this is clearly a warranty concern (if applicable).
A single point of contact who will own and resolve this issue without further delay.
Please consider this a formal escalation request. I expect to hear back with a concrete resolution within the next 48 hours, failing which I may be forced to consider lodging a complaint with consumer protection authorities or escalating through social media and public review platforms.
I trust Apple values its customers and stands behind its product quality and support standards. I appreciate your urgent attention to this matter.
