Dear sir,
I ordered a Godrej AC on June 30. The original price was ₹31,499, and after the discount, I paid ₹27,500 for it.
The AC was delivered on July 1 at around 3:00 PM. However, I did not receive a physical invoice with the delivery.
When I asked the delivery agent for the invoice, he told me that I could download it from the Flipkart app. I checked the app, and although the invoice was visible, it was hidden/disabled, so I was unable to download it.
I contacted Godrej Customer Care and registered a request for AC installation.
The next day, on July 2, I received a call from the Godrej technician informing me that he would arrive by 2:00 PM for the installation and asked me to keep the invoice ready.
From around 11:00 AM that morning, I repeatedly checked the Flipkart app to download the invoice. Since I was unable to access it, I contacted Flipkart Customer Support several times for assistance. However, instead of resolving my issue, my Flipkart account was deleted, leaving me unable to access my order details or download the invoice.
When I tried to log in to my Flipkart account, I found that it had been blocked. I was informed that I would have to wait 24 hours for it to be unblocked.
On July 3, around 12:00 AM, I logged into the Flipkart app again. However, none of my previous orders were visible anymore. I contacted Flipkart Customer Support and repeatedly requested a copy of my invoice, but they refused to provide it.
I called Customer Support three to four more times that morning to follow up on the issue. Instead of resolving my problem, Flipkart blocked my account again, preventing me from accessing my order details or obtaining the invoice.
On July 4, at around 12:15 AM, I contacted Flipkart Customer Support once again and requested a copy of my invoice. However, they refused to provide it.
I explained that without the invoice, my Godrej AC warranty could be affected, and I urgently needed the bill for installation and warranty purposes. Despite my repeated requests, they clearly refused to issue or share the invoice.
Throughout my interactions with Flipkart Customer Support, different executives provided different and conflicting information. None of them gave me a proper solution, and none of them provided the invoice. As a result, I am still unable to obtain the bill for my purchase, despite making multiple requests.
