I had taken an education loan from the State Bank of India, Sahjanwa Branch (Branch Code: 06502) in 2020, and I am eligible under the Central Sector Interest Subsidy Scheme of the Government of India. While I received the interest subsidy for the first year, I have not received it for subsequent years, despite fulfilling all the required eligibility criteria.
I have visited the branch multiple times and submitted written applications and submitted multiple applications by gmail , but no clear explanation or resolution has been provided so far.only thing got reply from bank they did not get any reply from head office.
I also raised complaint to RBI and other government portal but didn't get any response
since 2023 i am reaching out bank multiple time but they still not provide any solution
