This is to inform you that recently i have upgraded my jiofiber plan from 30 mbps to 150 mbps with advance payment of Rs 1178.82.
Even after upgrading the plan my internet speed is not even half of what my plan is. I am receiving speed of around 60mbps which is not as per the plan
I have tried contacting using toll free number but no one is ready to resolve my issue. Instead they are just transferring to another team and asking me to troubleshoot again and again.
I followed all the steps and did all what i have been asked to resolve the issue but its not resolved yet.
I have also asked customer care executive to raise a service request but no one is raising any service request in my behalf neither im getting any option in any jio applicay to raise any request or to register a complaint.
It has been 6 days and still the issue is not resolved even after calling multiple times.
Is this the way jio provide services to its customer. Not to talk about the disconnection in middle of the important work im facing this is too much of a bad experience.
Either you guys fix the issue and provide me the expected plan benefits or please refund all the amount including advance back to me and stop the service and take back your jiofiber plans and equipments.
I request you provide me the resolution on this by today itself
Also I request you to raise a service request and schedule a engineer visit to my current location.
