Dear Team,

I have been facing severe internet issues with my Airtel Air Fiber connection from the very first day. Despite repeatedly raising complaints and contacting the person who provided the connection, no effective response has been given.

On November 17th, I lodged a complaint with customer care. I was assured that a technician would visit by November 18th, 6:25 PM, but no one came or contacted me. When I followed up, I was told the issue would be resolved by November 19th at 10:00 AM, yet again no technician arrived. On November 20th, I received the same response, but nothing has changed.

Currently, the internet speed is extremely slow, even though I subscribed to a 40 Mbps plan. For the past five months, I have been experiencing the same problem without any resolution, which has caused me significant inconvenience and wasted money.

I kindly request you to take immediate action and resolve this issue at the earliest.
