I wish to lodge a complaint against Jio Fiber regarding the prolonged disruption of my internet service and the company's failure to provide timely support.

My Jio Fiber connection has been non-functional for the past three days. I registered a complaint with Jio under Tracking ID SR000038DFFF and was assured that a technician would visit between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, which was the slot I had booked. However, no technician arrived, nor was I informed of any delay or rescheduling.

Despite multiple attempts to contact customer care, I have received no meaningful assistance and have only been repeatedly advised to wait for a technician. The issue remains unresolved, causing significant inconvenience.

I request that appropriate action be taken against Jio for this deficiency in service and that I be provided with suitable compensation along with an immediate resolution of the issue.
