My jio fiber stopped working on 11th April in the morning. So I raised a ticket after 3 days . The engineer visit was scheduled around 2 PM. The same day. No one has come. I waited for another three days. Still no one responded. I cancel the ticket and I opened another ticket again. They schedule the ticket 19 April and no one responded. I called customer service multiple times. They promised me that they’ll fix the issue within two hours and no one has fixed my issue. Please help.
