Hello,

I had purchased interakt online services for sending bulk messages to my clients. After attending their demo online, I bought this package and later I even upgraded to a higher package. However, they hardly respond to my support requests, their support person does not respond to calls or messages.
They have not provided a single contact number on their website and also their raise a ticket option to raise complaint is not working.
Also, after raising ticket from email communication, there is no system for follow up.
