I was approached for buying Insurance Policies in return for a Loan. The agent asked me to buy Insurance policies in return for giving me a loan. 9 different policies were fraudulently bought in this way. I made a police report as soon as I understood that they would not offer any loans and the whole thing was a scam. I contacted all the insurance companies for a refund, explaining the fraud. Most companies have refunded the amount. But 3 companies have not, they are Reliance General, Bharti Axa and Care Health.

This is COMPLAINT AGAINST THE 2 BELOW SAID POLICIES SOLD FORCE FULLY BY GIVING FALSE COMMITMENTS BY TREFCOM INSURANCE SERVICE. SERVICE CODE - ADS294.
Mr.Anirudh Sharma - 9560867910.

Policy no.009663981, ABSLI Akshaya plan, Premium amount:124999.76 issued on 11/12/25.

Policy no.009684811, ABSLI Akshaya plan, Premium amount:348005.03 issued on 31/12/25.

This is to inform you, last year ie From Oct24 & Nov24, Anirudh Sharma kept calling repeatedly and was saying there is 1 policy which was issued 10years back and about to mature the paying term. He said I had paid 50000 against that policy, that policy tenure is 15 years, 3 years is the locking period and the premium paying term is up to 10 years. I was told, If I pay 2more premiums according to the locking period of 3 years I will get the amount of Rs2.5 lakhs, and if i pay the back dated 7years premium will be getting around 1055000.

When I repeatedly asked about the OLD policy nos, got reason, that the OLD policy is in lapse status and to open it need to issue 2 different duplicate policies i.e. duplicate challans would be raised and will get it done before March25 and will receive the said money.

I asked for all these details to be sent by mail. He said this is an internal call from the backend team, who looks after all the Lapse policies and are resolved internally. He said it's a loss to the company and no insurance co would bear it. He said by paying 5 lakhs and to handover the customer around 10.5 lakhs is a big loss to the co, and according to the IRDA norms it should be settled. Here i am from the settlement team and had to settle it.

Keeping trust as it was a call from the REPUTED INSURANCE CO, 1st I paid the 2 premium of 124999.76 including GST got the policy no.009663981 and being in that state of mind went ahead and paid the backdated premiums for 7 years, Rs.348005.03 including GST for whose policy no.009684811.

After March25 till Nov25 I Kept a strong follow up, but got the answers it is in process. I gave a complaint that fraud has happened with me,but don't know from were, he got that information and asked me to take back the complaint,because if that complaint is in queue cannot pay the said amount and on 5th Dec25 will get the entire amount, and if not till 25Dec25 will surely get it.

I took back the complaint by informing your call centre people that it is resolved.

From 6th Dec25, he stopped answering the call.

Finally I went to your Bhandarkar Road Branch Pune and filed a complaint.

Moral of this all is if ABSLI co is so reputed, why do you need a third party who will sit and make fraud with people. Insurance sector is to secure the life, money of human beings, then why do such activities are carried out.

It's a big loss for me to surrender these policies. All your people have raised their hands saying nothing can be done. Despite complaining,Your back end team is sending messages, mail, calls and by giving unnecessary reasons are forcing to pay the premiums.

IT'S MY HARD EARNED MONEY. PLEASE SAVE IT

Kind request to take this complaint very seriously against the mis-selling, fraud against the TREFCOM INSURANCE SERVICE. SERVICE CODE - ADS294.
