Kindly attention I am Akashdeep Singh s/o Karamjeet Singh, resident of village Gagra, Tehsil Jagraon, District Ludhiana, wish to inform you through this mail that my bike, model 2020/Hero Company, bearing registration number PB25G8007, was stolen on 11-09-2023. The bike was insured with THE NEW INDIA ASSURANCE COMPANY LTD., whose policy number is 36110131221800002370.
Filed an FIR with the police—FIR Number: 220
2. Gave written notice to the insurance company—12-09-2023
3. Submitted all required documents (FIR, Untrace Report from Court, NCR Report, First Day Complaint Letter with Stamp, Policy Copy, RC, ID, Bike Keys, Witness Letter, etc.)

Problem:
Despite this, the insurance company has not settled my claim for the last two years and is constantly delaying it.

Due to this negligence of the insurance company, I have:

Suffered financial loss
Suffered mental stress
Spending both time and money submitting documents repeatedly
I humbly request you to take appropriate action in this matter:
