We have paid INR 48845 for purchasing the health insurance policy from the company Care Health Insurance for my parents for the period 17th dec 2024 to 16th december 2025 and the sum insured was 7 lakhs rupees. Company has issued the policy with the policy number 94327886.
However we were not satisfied with the customer service and hence we had requested the company to cancel the policy and refund the premium. This request was raised within the Free Look Period of 15 days that was on 28th december 2024.
Company has refunded the amount of INR 41687.36 deducting INR 7158 despite requesting many times they have not stated any reasons.
Kindly help us in receiving the complete premium refund.
