Complaint Details:
I paid ₹12,000 to Tech Analogy Private Limited (MyEquation) for the "RoboAI" training batch scheduled to start on May 15, 2026.
The company failed to provide login credentials, access link, or onboarding instructions by the scheduled start date.
Due to non-delivery of service, I formally submitted a written cancellation and refund request on May 17, 2026.
The company ignored the cancellation request, delivered credentials late on May 19, 2026 (which remain unaccessed), and refused to initiate a refund.
A formal grievance was lodged on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH Docket #9334596). The company ignored all three official government reminders issued by NCH.
Relief Sought: Full refund of ₹12,000 along with compensation for deliberate negligence and service failure.
