This is to Bring to your Notice that your Indiamart Representative Mr.Shiv was in touch with me for my Extension of Maximiser which was Expiring in the June 2026.
Earlier I was not Interested as there was time for Renewal ,But on 31st March your Representative gave me best quote and also confirmed for Invoice generation of 31st March after his talking with Indiamart higher Authorities and then I proceeded with Renewal as Quote was good and even I would have shown the Same Expense of Advertising in My I.T Returns thereby saving my Income Tax by 40000/- as I fall in highest Tax Slab.
With that Intention of Saving Tax and Renewal I proceeded and completed my Transaction..
But Later companys Branch Manager and Customer Care Representative bluntly Regretted saying that we cannot give you Invoice of same date of Payment made and it will be given of April Month only ..This was pure Fraud and Misselling done by Superiors thereby making my loss of 40000/- towards my Tax Portion which now I have to Pay as my Planning got Failed due to your Lier Employees and False Commitments by Higher Superior Employees.
On asking for Compensating my loss company's Manager saying I can do only your Promotion and give key words,that Means till now your Company was not doing my promotion and did not give me keywords which are better for my products ...
This is the way Indiamart company is luring the Customers and Making Fools..By Agreeing earlier to all things and after Receipt of Payment "AAP Kaun Ho"...Abhi Aapko Hamare Hisaab se chalna Padega Type....Totally Fraud and unethical company Practices...
Please see to the matter and resolve same on priority ..Else ask companys Refund my Amount Paid along with 24%P.A Interest Plus loss of 40000/- which I have to bear now in I.T Filing time.and Harassment Cost.
Request to please resolve this issue and oblige me.
