Regarding Connection No 64000034077
From the last one year they are providing the estimated bill in spite of being saying pls provide the actual bill there was no body to hear. and have charged Rs 3000 additionally towards the disconnection charges they have harassed for the nonpayment of the estimated bill So harassment Charges of Rs10000/- So total compensation of Rs 13000/ and also the IGL Should be punished in such a way that nobody faces such issues.

IGL issuing only the estimated bill from the last one year not the actual bill as was asked to generate the actual bill than only bill will be paid but in spite of that they disconnected the connection and force me to pay the the penalty for restoration of the connection. My point is that IGL guy can come to disconnect the connection but till now nobody bothers to take the reading. this malpractice is being done by the IGL to take the charges of Rs. 3000/- as a reconnection charge. Even though the estimated bill should be generated only when i am not contactable only actual bill should be generated my point is refund of Rs 3000 along with delay penalty charged by the IGL and IGL should also be penalized so that in the near future IGL never generated the estimated bill except some circumstances. Estimated bill has been the routine practice of IGL which is my concern. Even though I have paid the bill they disconnected the connection when i say i have paid the bill they you have not picked up the phone so we disconnected the connection.

Is their any difference between the actual reading and the estimate reading ?

Example: the actual reading is 50 and the estimate reading is 100 this shows that they are charging the double the amount...

For this we need to review the TAC of the company about the restoration of the connection..

If their is a difference between the actual bill and the estimated bill, due to which they are charging extra to large number of consumers then this should be stopped immediately.

actual reading is not being taken from the last one year either it is equal/high/low that is not known.They have disconnected the connection even though the bill was paid before the due date
 
IGL has confirmed that connection was disconnected after receiving the payment before the due date for the same i am attaching the mail printout pls take the action against the IGL
