Hello Sir/Madam,
I had ordered a canvas painting from Vibecrafts and they sent me an incorrect painting. I have been following up with them for the past 8-10 days, however there is no action taken from them. No pickup rescheduled. They do not have a direct customer care number and the email and WhatsApp options just don't support me in getting my money.
I am writing this email requesting you to take an action on this fraud company so that other ppl don't suffer.
