My kitchen chimney of kutchina make was sent for increasing the suction and I paid Rs 10750 towards the invoice raised on 20.04.2025. The company claimed themselves as the main company of KUTCHINA and once they got the money they neither installed the chimney nor replace the bulb of the chimney which was found damaged. Inspite of repeated requests and phone calls, they've not attended to my complaint and I had to get the same installed by a third party. Now they are ignoring my calls and have shown no concern or basic etiquette to reply my mail on this subject sent to them on 5th of July 2025. They are not only irresponsible but are least bothered to take up service issues which is highly deplorable.
