ordered Polaroid prints from Shades of Frame (SOF). At the time of order, they also promised a complimentary gift called a “Love Agreement.” When the parcel was delivered, the Polaroid prints were crumpled and damaged due to improper packaging, as the items were sent only in a courier bag without any protective box. I contacted the company to report the issue, but instead of resolving the matter, their representatives spoke in a rude and unprofessional manner and stated that the amount I paid was not sufficient for proper packaging. This reflects deficiency in service and poor customer support. I request appropriate action and a suitable resolution
