Imcomplete food order, dissatisfy quality and poor customer service

I had ordered a jumbo meal including one amarican classic zinger burger, one classic zinger burger, two drinks, 4 spicy wings and a large fries from KFC through Zomato near Manipal university, tadong Gangtok, East Sikkim, India. Among those items, a large fries was missing. The zinger burger contained an inadequate amount of fillings like mayonnaise and cabbage. The quality and presentation of food was terrible and forget about the customer care service. Despite trying to contact multiple times, the KFC team didn’t even bother to respond. Hopefully Zomato team reached out and paid the price for fries due to terrible customer service from KFC. As a student, it’s very disappointing to pay such amount. I’ll attach the photos and KFC not responding. Waiting for the refund or partial compensation from KFC Sikkim, India ( near Manipal outlet )
