ILIFE A20 Pro Robot Vacuum Cleaner bought on 22/10/2024 and warranty upto 22/10/2025.But machine stop functional from 19/April/2025.Company rejecting the warranty claim and they are one side or unbalanced claiming water ingress in machine. As customers we have not used the machine in a waterlogged area or water dropped area. Company plan to escape from warranty claim. We asked about IP rating of machines because machine itself use water for cleaning. Company confirmed machine motherboard not protected with IP rating. Then how can they claim one year warranty in websites. It is a fake claim. Machines itself have a water tank near its motherboard so moisture can easily get into the motherboard. It is the cause of the damage. We wouldn’t have bought this device if there is no warranty because the machine is costly. But they are not accepting warranty by making false allegation on customer and looting Indian peoples money. As an Indian we should take serious steps against looters of and protect the citizen hard earned money.


Complaint number 7122365 registered to company and email send to company several times. But company rejected the warranty and declined to replace the item or return the money spend.
