I ordered some flowers to be delivered in India, but the app said that order has been delivered but it never got delivered and I have trying to get help from their customer care but no one is helping and this is so frustrating this is the first time it has happened from IGP. And there is no actual number to call the customer care. My order number is #18139304. If possible I would like to sue them for fraudulent and not taking responsibility of delivering their own products.
