I have purchased an Iffalcon 43 inch TV through Amazon in the month of March and 6 month down the line there is a line appears in TV. Raised a complaint with the Iffalcon customer service which is the same for TCL brand, as IFFalcon is a subsidiary brand of TCL. They said they will send the technician but still nothing happened. Right now, when I call, they start to disconnect the call without providing an answer and solution. Whenever I ask to speak to the supervisor, they disconnect the call. Not sure how to take it up this issue. Hereby I am attaching the TV purchase document and warranty card
