I want to file complaint against porter app.. I have booked a porter yesterday the driver left with my goods and fare was paid.. My goods are missing!

Yesterday the driver took a wrong route and started complaining so i said to give my product back he accepted but he said he would charge rs50, the fare of rs88 was already paid..but i said its okay but deliver my order.. The driver was drunk and talked very rudely... The goods were worth rs 1500(but i don't have any proof) and the trip shown as completed in the app and my goods are missing not yet delivered back to me... I've talked to concerned porter team too.. They're not able to reach the driver ,the driver is not picking up any calls.. His phone is switched off

We recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Porter (help@porter.in), clearly outlining your concerns and requesting to return/deliver the item.

This step not only gives a chance to Porter, to address the issue but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
