Hii, I Purchased a Laptop from amazon on 29 August and it delivered on 30 August. After taking the delivery of laptop I went inside my home and I Press power button to switch on the laptop but the laptop is not switching on. So I called amazon customer care service and told my problem so they told me to get a DOA Certificate (Death on Arrival Certificate) From Asus Service center so they can provide a refund or replacement to me.So I visited Asus service Center with the laptop and started checking the laptop after that they told me that the laptop can't be switched on so they told me that they are applying for DOA it wil take 2-3 days approval. After 2 days i received a call from service center that DOA has been approved please come and take your DOA and laptop and give DoA from where you purchase laptop so they provide refund and repalcement.After taking DOA letter i contacted amazon customer service and told all the issue they asked me to upload the DoA letter so they can provide a refund. After submitting DoA document to amazon they created a return pickup from me. From then onwards no amazon pickup agent contacted me and not visited my home to pick the laptop. I logged Several Complaints on amazon delivery agent with the help of amazon customer care service but thre is no use of that. At the last they are denying to give refund until they pickup laptop.The amazon customer service hang up the call without listening to my words. They are only telling that we delivered the product to you in perfect condition so we can't do nothing.But my concern is the laptop is not damaged it is internally defective not switching on they are not listening to this I also Provided DoA which i got from service center.The product is defective you can take refund or replacement from where you have purchased the laptop.But amazon doesn't giving me refund or replacement on basis of DOA letter by taking their laptop back.
Please help me with this I am providing amazon order id and invoice copy and DOA letter which i received from ASUS. Please take strict action on amazon how can they do like that
