I had ordered a Paneer Foccaccia Sandwich by FreshMenu through Zomato, and I received chicken instead. I was unable to contact a customer associate through the Zomato app as well. I have never in my life eaten non-vegetarian food, and carry strong moral and ethical beliefs that have been severely harmed by the outlet. This is a serious safety and security breach as well, how can something so serious be handled so casually by outlets in the country. I have written an email to them, I require compensation for this but who is going to undo the fact that I had to eat an animal before I could even realise it. Who's going to pay for the guilt, and the shame of it?
