I ordered a Steel Almirah from Amazon.in and received a wrong part. I tried to get it resolved multiple times. I was just being asked to wait. No one coming to pickup the item. Also, customer service is of no help. My refund is not processed and I have to pay my bill without getting the service or item to use.
