I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my recent order of a microscope worth approximately ₹45,505 purchased through Amazon.
I received a defective product, and after identifying the issue, I immediately raised a return request within the eligible return period. The return request was approved, and the product was successfully picked up by the courier partner from my address.
However, despite the successful pickup and return of the item, my refund has now been denied by both the seller and Amazon support. This is extremely disappointing and unfair, especially considering that:
The product delivered to me was defective.The return request was officially approved.The item was already collected by the pickup agent.I no longer have either the product or the refund amount.
This situation has caused significant financial loss and mental stress. A customer should not be made to suffer after following the proper return process exactly as instructed by Amazon.
