I have ordered a cordless microphone from Amazone, today I received the product, once I receive then I realised that the product is not up to the mark as weel as defective, then I contacted amazone customer care repeatedly, but Amazone referred the seller name once I contacted seller as weel as I visit seller shop at kolkata, they also denied to take return the item they told return can be possible through Amazone only, I have email so many times as well as called customer care but they didn't resolved my problem they did not allow me to return. Please help me out in this regard.
