This is to be submitted that flipkart is not entertaining the complaint and maintain the policy made by them after selling the defective product to the customer. I have ordered a Haier 2 ton AC from Flipkart on 05-01-2026 which is installed by 10-01-2026 the order ID- OD436447821936216100 of flipkart after the installation it is felt the AC is not cooling and under the Flipkart policy there was 15 days return policy for my product. I have requested to return the product (defected AC) under the given time of 15 days policy but my request has been cancelled again and again by mentioning the manufacturing company is not ready to return the product. Flipkart customer care called me and suggest me to talk to Haier company they will resolve your problem and I get in touch with the Haier team for my defected AC who conclude that the AC sold by Flipkart is totally defective and we will not take responsibility for the poor quality product sold by Flipkart.
Solution I am looking for-
1. Flipkart return my product, although I have requested for the return multiple times when the AC was under return.
policy.
2.Change the AC with the good quality AC with perfect cooling.
