I booked an appointment on 27th June 2026, and got a called from Samar Sarkar and their Sales Manager Biswajit Saha, Jio agent. I paid ₹10,000 for Jio Smart Society. They keep delaying the installation, but the main thing is they didnt even generate ORN.

I have all the proofs and their numbers. I called Jio, posted in X but no help.

Please help me.
